Abstract Submission Guidelines:	Presenters must register for the conference by May 10, 2023 to acknowledge their participation. Revisions to abstracts will be accepted until May 15, 2023 when final abstracts are due. Annotated slides in Power Point and PDF's of posters for the on-line proceedings are due June 15, 2023. Final materials for the on-line proceedings are due August 15, 2012.
Revised Abstracts Formatting and Styles Guide:	Abstracts should be formatted with styles according to the model provided. CLICK HERE to see model abstract. Final papers to be used for the proceedings document should follow the formatting and style described in the author-guidelines document. CLICK HERE to see the guidelines.
Poster Presentation Guidelines:	The poster and exhibits room will be available for setup on Tuesday, June 12, 2023 between 7am and 10am. Posters should be printed on paper so that they can be adhered to poster walls using push-pins. A supply of push-pins will be provided. Poster dimensions should not exceed 4' in width and 3' in height in order to fit on the provided poster walls. Presenters are required to proctor their posters during the Poster Reception, 5pm to 7pm on Tuesday, June 12, 2023. Posters should be removed on Thursday, June 14, 2023 after 10am and before 4pm.
