Symposium Registration
The categories of full professional registration, full student registration, and guest of registered professional, each include admission to the general plenary sessions, poster presentations, exhibits area, lunch and social on June 12th, daily refreshment breaks, and the field trip June 13th (transport and lunch). A single-day registration includes all of the above symposium benefits but only applicable to the specific day chosen. None of the registration fees include the cost of lodging.

Beginning May 16, 2023 regular registration fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy
When notification of your need to cancel is received before May 15, 2023 we will refund your registration fee less a $20 service charge. Notice of cancellation between May 16 and June 7 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Beginning June 8, 2023 no refunds will be available and sending a substitute
attendee is recommended. FEOP and the 2012 AWC Symposium planning committee reserve the right to cancel this event should circumstances require it.
